The Philadelphia Phillies partnered with STN Digital for the fourth consecutive year. With this continued partnership, they sought a comprehensive content and strategy package to enhance pivotal moments, showcase important milestones, and create tailored content.

STN strategically positioned the Phillies across various social platforms throughout the regular and post-baseball season, resulting in over 1 million social engagements for the team.

How STN Crafted Personalized Content That Exceeded Performance Targets

When the Phillies came to our team asking for unique content to elevate their social game, STN hit it out of the park with strategic planning and content execution. 

STN created a diverse range of content, including hero graphics, motion graphics, and illustrations. Specifically, STN played a pivotal role in supporting the Phillies during their NLCS run, All-Star appearances, significant milestones, and other pivotal moments.

This included our team’s creation of unique pathways to celebrate major holidays.

The All-Star Game, as summer’s greatest union of talent, provided a nationwide opportunity to market Phillies athletes. STN was ready to celebrate All-Star selections and maximize the moment through startegic social media initiatives.

STN built customized motion graphics featuring every Phillies field player. When a home run was hit during the postseason, these graphics were the first thing to hit X (Twitter) right after the dinger, invigorating fans and giving them a post to celebrate with.

STN helped celebrate momentous occasions like athletes reaching major career milestones, kickstarting celebrations on social media.

The Results: 

STN-produced content accumulated an impressive 1 million total organic engagements across social media, with 59% of all content surpassing the Phillies’ average performance.

Notably, the home run motion graphics created by STN became a standout element in celebrating the Phillies’ postseason success. Over the span of a few weeks, all 26 posts surpassed the average Phillies post, accumulating more than 132K engagements.
