The ask—

Focus Features asked STN Digital to create a fully-built out microsite to host the virtual premiere of their new film, Promising Young Woman. The site needed to include a secure login process for the exclusive, invite-only list as well as host a live panel Q&A with the film’s lead / executive producer Carey Mulligan and director, Emerald Fennell.

The work—

STN built and designed a custom microsite that included a secure screening platform in partnership with Screener’s Passport as well as a secure login process with 2FA.

In addition to hosting the film’s premiere, the site included a production stills gallery, donation tool benefitting RAINN- the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organiztion, outlinks to the soundtrack, and a live musical performance with Cyn. A virtual photo booth was integrated directly into the site for guests to utilize during the intermission before the panel Q&A.

STN’s professional technical team provided support for the live panel Q&A through virtual green rooms and one on ones with talent. STN’s team created best practice and how-to guides for talent and hosted a virtual room for producers and talent reps to review the recording.
