Nine Perfect Strangers

Nicole Kidman is once again running a wellness retreat that feels like it should come with a legal waiver. This time we’re in the Austrian Alps, where she’ll guide a new group of strangers through “transformational healing” (read: mild trauma with a side of luxury spa treatments). Think Big Little Lies meets Goop.

Alone

Forget cushy island survival shows, this one drops experts into South Africa’s Great Karoo desert with nothing but 10 items and their wits. No contact, no crew, no help. It’s less “survival of the fittest” and more “could I last more than 24 hours without WiFi?”

Overcompensating

Benito Skinner (aka Benny Drama) graduates from Instagram sketches to full-on TV star with this semi-autobiographical college comedy. It’s messy, hilarious, heartfelt, and proof that your freshman year was actually very boring compared to his.

Rick and Morty

Season 8 is here, and the multiverse chaos continues. New villains, existential jokes, and more family dysfunction than your last Thanksgiving dinner. 

If you’re not caught up, don’t panic—half the plotlines barely make sense anyway.

The Gilded Age

If you need a break from your real-life problems, try corsets, opera houses, and scandal in 1880s New York. Season 3 gives us power plays, romance, and enough subtle shade to make you feel fancy just watching it. A glass of champagne is basically required.

The Better Sister

Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks play estranged sisters dragged back together by (what else?) a murder. Family drama plus murder mystery? That’s basically a genre of its own now, and we are absolutely here for it.

Wednesday

She’s creepy, kooky, and back with more deadpan one-liners. Jenna Ortega returns as Wednesday Addams, and this season adds Lady Gaga into the mix. Whatever happens at Nevermore Academy, it’s guaranteed to break the internet.

Sirens

Rich coastal New England vibes, sisters with baggage, and Julianne Moore as a chilly socialite? Yes, please. This is the show you’ll watch “just for the plot” but stay for the drama, the privilege, and the yacht parties you’ll never be invited to.

Too Much

Lena Dunham’s new rom-com follows Megan Stalter as an American in London who falls for a musician while trying to put her life back together. It’s awkward, messy, and very funny—the kind of show you watch and immediately text your friend: “This is literally us.”

America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders

High kicks. Glitter. Tears. Hundreds audition, but only 36 women make the cut for one of the most iconic cheer squads in the world. It’s intense, it’s emotional, and it’s the kind of reality TV that will have you sweating more than the contestants.
