Information We Collect

We collect two types of information from users of our Services: “personal information,” which is information that can be used to identify you (such as your name or phone number), and “aggregate information,” which is information that cannot be used to identify you (such as frequency of visits to our website and your browser type). We collect personal information and aggregate information in the contexts described below.

• Information You Provide to Us. When you submit an online form, engage in live chat, set up an account, enter a sweepstakes or contest, request information from us, request a free consultation, or otherwise communicate with us, including via forms, email, text, fax, or phone, you may provide us with your personal information. Such information may include, for example, your name, email address, phone number, physical address and financial or business information. • Information From Your Use of the Services. We also collect technical and usage information from your device when you use the Services, including, without limitation, information obtained using various types of tracking software, such as cookies, beacons, pixels and other tracking technology which collect information about you when you use the Services.  Further details about our tracking technologies may be found below. Information collected may include your browser type and version, IP address, operating system and platform, your internet service provider, when you open email that we send you or interact with an advertisement and other information. We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage and application data caches. In addition, if you access the Service from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device, geolocation data (including your precise location), or other transactional information for that device. By visiting the Services, you consent to the tracking of your activities and your use of the Services through the technologies described in this Privacy Policy and similar technologies that may be used or developed in the future.  
• Information From Other Sources. We may obtain information about you on the Internet or through offline sources or other public or commercial sources including, without limitation, from the information you have provided on social media services or when you interact with our content through a social media service. If you access the Service through a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), connect the Service to a third-party service or share our content via a third-party service, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also combine your online information with information we obtain from information from our partners and from offline sources, including, without limitation, information that you may provide us with over the phone or in person.
• Employment.  If we have collected your information through our “Careers” page in response to a job opening, you are giving us permission to use and retain your information for the purpose of evaluating your application for employment consideration for the specific position that you applied to, as well as other roles at STN Digital.  Your information may be processed and stored by a third party talent tracking solution provider as well as with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work relating to the recruitment process on our behalf.   
• Aggregate Information.  Aggregate information is information that does not identify you.  Aggregate information may be collected when you use our Services, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains personal information such that only aggregate information remains.  We may collect, use, store, and transfer aggregate information without restriction.

Cookies and Analytics

Like most websites, our website may use “cookies.”  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to help us identify you when you come to our website. 

Our website collects cookies and may use cookies for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Analyze our web traffic using an analytics package.
• Identify if you are signed in to the website.
• Test content on the website.
• Store information about your preferences.
• Recognize when you return to the website.

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our visitors, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.

Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to customize our advertising and to serve you ads on your social media based on your browsing behavior. This allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to our website by clicking on the Facebook ad. The Meta Pixel stores a cookie on your device to enable us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. We do not have access to the information collected through the Meta Pixel. However, the information collected via the Meta Pixel is also stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy. The Meta Pixel also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside of Facebook. You can opt-out of displaying Facebook ads by visiting your Facebook Ad Settings, and you can clear and control the information third parties share with Facebook in your Off-Facebook Activity page. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt-out of Facebook ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance as describe above.

Third-party Automated Collection

We and our third–party partners and service providers (such as advertising networks, analytics providers and social media platforms and networks) use pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third–party libraries, cookies, and other similar online tracking technologies (collectively, “online tracking technologies”) to gather information when you interact with our website or email communications. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our websites and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our website for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests (depending on your communication preferences). How We Share Your Information

Your Choices

• Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Your Information. You may request to access correct, or delete your personal information. You may also ask us to provide some types of personal information to you, or another entity elected by you, in a structured and machine-readable format. To make such a request, send an e-mail with the subject line “Amending My Data” or “Removing my Data” (as applicable) to info@stn.digital and include your full name, email and postal address.  For us to process some requests, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that the request came from you.  Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to fulfill your requests, in accordance with applicable law
• Marketing Communications. You can also ask us not to send marketing communications to you by following the opt-out/unsubscribe instructions provided to you in those emails. If you sign up to receive SMS or MMS messages, you can unsubscribe from those messages received by replying “STOP.” Transactional account messages will be unaffected if you opt-out from marketing communications. To opt out of marketing communications from our third-party partners you may contact each of them directly with this request.
• Ad Choices. If you would like to opt-out  use of your personal information by third-party advertising networks, go to www.aboutads.info/choices to opt-out in desktop and mobile web browsers. You may download the AppChoices app at www.aboutads.info/appchoices to opt-out in mobile applications.
• Your California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Services that are California residents to opt-out of our disclosure of personal information to third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, send an e-mail with the subject line “California Privacy Rights” to info@stn.digital and include your full name, email and postal address. 
• Tracking Technology. You may turn off part or all of our tracking software which has been placed on your computer by following the instructions on your browser. On mobile device, you may turn off part or all of mobile tracking through your mobile device settings. However, if you prevent the use of tracking software or tracking through your mobile device, it will be more difficult, and may be impossible, for you to use the Service or portions of the Services. To the extent that you provide us with current information, we do our best to keep your information accurate and up-to-date. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in any active database as soon as practicable.

Information Security

We use commercially reasonable security technologies and procedures designed to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security =of your information, and cannot guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties, which may include social media features, such as social media buttons or links.  We provide such hyperlinks for your reference and convenience only.  We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content, or the privacy, or other practices of such websites.  It is up to you to read and fully understand their privacy policies.  Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.  If you are submitting information to any such third-party through our Services, you should review and understand that party’s applicable policies, including their privacy policies, before providing your information to the third-party.
