Information We Collect

- Information You Provide to Us. - Employment. If we have collected your information through our “Careers” page in response to a job opening, you are giving us permission to use and retain your information for the purpose of evaluating your application for employment consideration for the specific position that you applied to, as well as other roles at STN Digital. Your information may be processed and stored by a third party talent tracking solution provider as well as with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work relating to the recruitment process on our behalf.
- Aggregate Information. Aggregate information is information that does not identify you. Aggregate information may be collected when you use our Services, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains personal information such that only aggregate information remains. We may collect, use, store, and transfer aggregate information without restriction.
Cookies and Analytics
Like most websites, our website may use “cookies.” Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to help us identify you when you come to our website.
Our website collects cookies and may use cookies for reasons including, but not limited to:

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our visitors, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.
Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to customize our advertising and to serve you ads on your social media based on your browsing behavior. This allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to our website by clicking on the Facebook ad. The Meta Pixel stores a cookie on your device to enable us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. We do not have access to the information collected through the Meta Pixel. However, the information collected via the Meta Pixel is also stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy. The Meta Pixel also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside of Facebook. You can opt-out of displaying Facebook ads by visiting your Facebook Ad Settings, and you can clear and control the information third parties share with Facebook in your Off-Facebook Activity page. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt-out of Facebook ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance as describe above.
Third-party Automated Collection
We and our third–party partners and service providers (such as advertising networks, analytics providers and social media platforms and networks) use pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third–party libraries, cookies, and other similar online tracking technologies (collectively, “online tracking technologies”) to gather information when you interact with our website or email communications. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our websites and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to fulfill your requests, in accordance with applicable law
- Marketing Communications. You can also ask us not to send marketing communications to you by following the opt-out/unsubscribe instructions provided to you in those emails. If you sign up to receive SMS or MMS messages, you can unsubscribe from those messages received by replying “STOP.” Transactional account messages will be unaffected if you opt-out from marketing communications. To opt out of marketing communications from our third-party partners you may contact each of them directly with this request.
- Ad Choices. If you would like to opt-out use of your personal information by third-party advertising networks, go to www.aboutads.info/choices to opt-out in desktop and mobile web browsers. You may download the AppChoices app at www.aboutads.info/appchoices to opt-out in mobile applications.
- Your California Privacy Rights.
